The John Barnes' Myofascial Release (MFR) approach is a safe, gentle and consistently effective approach to treating myofascial restrictions caused by a source of trauma or after an inflammatory response. Myofascial restrictions can produce crushing tensile pressure on pain sensitive structures throughout the body. This severe pressure acts like a "straight jacket" on muscles, nerves, blood vessels and bones producing the symptoms of pain, headaches and causes restriction in motion. MFR, both on it’s own and in conjunction with other therapies, is a very effective hands on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions in order to eliminate pain, headaches, and restore motion.

Traditional Thai Bodywork, also called Thai Yoga Therapy, is a therapeutic technique that dates back thousands of years. It is a deep, full-body treatment, performed on a mat on the floor. The treatment includes both stretching of the joints and muscles, and compression applied by various means to the ten major energy channels (sen lines.) Thai Bodywork treatments are a balanced, flowing series of techniques considered to be a form of meditative practice for both the recipient and practitioner.
